By booking any service through Sunny Journey, you agree to the following terms:
1. Role as Intermediary
Sunny Journey acts as an independent booking agent connecting clients with third-party service providers (tours, transportation and experiences). We do not operate these services directly.
2. Third-Party Responsibility
All services are operated by independent providers. Sunny Journey is not responsible for accidents, injuries, delays, cancellations, or changes caused by these providers.
3. Assumption of Risk
By participating in tours and activities, you acknowledge that certain experiences (including water activities, transportation, and excursions) involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Tours and services may be modified or canceled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons. In such cases, the provider’s policies will apply. For more details check our Cancellation Policies section
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of each individual service provider. Sunny Journey will assist in communication but is not responsible for refund decisions.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following safety instructions, arriving on time, and complying with local regulations and provider guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sunny Journey shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, losses, or inconveniences arising from the use of third-party services.
