
Cancellation Policies
1. Tours (Cenotes, Snorkeling, ATV's, etc.)

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: 80% refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours in advance: 50% refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows: Non-refundable.

If the tour is canceled due to extreme weather conditions, a date change will be offered at no extra cost, but no refund will be provided.

2. Private Transfers

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance: Rescheduling is available at no extra cost, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows: Non-refundable.

If the arrival flight to Cancún Airport is delayed or canceled, the transfer can be rescheduled at no extra cost, subject to availability. For departure flights, the previous conditions apply.

3. Yacht Rentals

The deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

A date change may be offered, subject to availability, as long as the cancellation is notified more than 10 days in advance.

In case of extreme weather conditions (determined by the Port Authority), a date change will be offered at no extra cost, but no refund will be provided.

General Conditions

All cancellations must be requested in writing via WhatsApp or email.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Once the refund is issued by our agency, the financial institution of the payment method used may take up to 30 days to reflect the balance in the customer’s account. These timeframes are independent of our management.

Date changes are subject to availability.
