Cancellation Policies

Terms & Conditions

1. You may request to cancel your tour or service for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the tour or service.
2. Cancellations between 49-72 hours before the tour or service may transferred to a different date/time for the same tour or service.
3. Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the tour or service date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
4. Any no show will be charged 100% of the full price. 
5. When you book any tour or service, you agree to these terms.
